Reservation Policies

As of September 2022, Snipville Pet Care will require deposits on all boarding services, charged to a credit card that will be kept privately on file with us. Based on the total price of your services, boarding deposits will be 50% of the total price. 

The Boarding Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 72 hours (text or call is preferred), 50% refundable if cancelled within 48 hours, and if cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your reservation, 0% your deposit will be refunded. 


Every new client will receive a health and temperament test. We evaluate your dogs health and temperament to make sure they are a good fit for our facility. It is a non-invasive test, which usually lasts about 30 minutes to an hour. While we are experienced and knowledgeable of administering common medications and adjusting to any physical demands or restrictions per pet, we are not a medical boarding facility. If your animal needs medical assistance (shots, disability access, etc.) we recommend contacting your vet for proper medical boarding.


Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Unfortunately, over the last few weeks, we have seen a major increase in last minute no-shows and cancellations. We appreciate your understanding in our recent changes and look forward to spending time with your fur babies!

Common FAQ's

Is the deposit an extra fee?
No, the deposit will go towards your total price for services rendered. It is NOT an additional fee. 


Why do I have to place a deposit for my appointment? 
We’ve seen an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellation/reschedules. This brings a lot of problems for a small business like ours. With a deposit, it lets us know you’re serious about working with us (and we appreciate that!).
